We felt a responsibility to bridge the gap between talent and access, especially for those leaving film school, drama school, or developing their craft independently.
Our goal is to help creatives better understand how the industry really operates, connect them with the right people, and give them the confidence to build sustainable careers on their own terms.
3Stage was created from our own experience of trying to navigate the film industry. We know what it feels like to have ambition without access, ideas without resources, and talent without always knowing where the next opportunity will come from.
We believe opportunities matter, but more importantly, we believe in teaching people how to create opportunities for themselves.
